The above state "There is nothing else like OOfoam on the market" is as true as it gets! As you will learn, from reading this review, these thongs are THE most comfortable thongs my feet have ever had the pleasure of stepping into!

I received the OOriginal Thong in Tangerine. I'm a work at home mom but when I'm out and about, boy do my feet start to hurt. I love wearing cute flip flops, during the summer months, but most of the times it just feels like your walking bare foot. For me, the worst time to wear flip flops is during the County Fair; I choose not to wear regular tennis shoes because it is so hot, and sometimes ridiculously humid, and my feet need to be able to "breathe" so, like most women, I sacrifice one comfort for another!
I have NEVER found a more comfortable shoe as I have found in OOFOS! Just looking at the pictures, the thongs look like they are made of a simple foam but, they aren't; not even close! The OOFOS Thongs are super sturdy yet soooo comfortable. I slipped my tired, achy feet into my new thongs and oh my goodness, PURE COMFORT; nothing less! I think my absolute favorite thing about the OOFOS Thongs are the superior arch support. As you can see, from the picture, the arch of the thong is lifted up to conform to the natural arch of your foot, which provides maximum support and comfort!
As you can see in this picture, the sole looks pretty thick; this helps to *absorb shock to lessen pain, *reduces fatigue and restores vigor, and *delivers unparalleled cushioning to recharge & rejuvenate your feet. Those reasons, alone, are what make the OOFoam Technology one of a kind! Now, doesn't that sound simply divine?! I have no other way to describe it other than it you feel like your walking on tiny little clouds of pillows.It's just so hard to explain pure greatness. As a medical student, I wrote volumes in terms of notes. In medicine, medical notes are all hand written. I averaged 20 full pages of hand written notes a day... day in and day out for years.
You can imagine how my hand kept cramping up! I spent a lot of time and money looking for a comfortable pen. After trying what I believe to be every pen out there, I failed painfully to find even one!
I was frustrated because most pens were not designed for comfort at all. The few that were listed as "comfort pen" were obviously mislabeled.
I was determined to create my own pen - one that would meet my expectations of comfort. Since then, I have spent over eight years to create the first truly comfortable pen. The pursuit of pen comfort became a hobby... no, an obsession during this eight year period. I dedicated an inordinate amount of my own time and resources in this endeavor.
Luckily, I am blessed with an extremely patient and understanding wife - our garage is full of various machinery, pen prototypes, and pen materials collected over the years!
My drive to create the ultimate comfort pen led me to go as far as to study the structure of the human hand using X-ray and researching the attachment and function of hand muscles to design the perfect grip.
The result is the UGLee Pen. A pen that is not only the most comfortable pen, but is physician designed to be the most comfortable ergonomic pen around.

I was sent a pack of 3 green UGLee pens; don't worry, the ink is blue! For about 3 months now, I've been noticing some discomfort in my right wrist. I pretty much blow it off, but that's another story! I felt that I would be a perfect candidate for reviewing these pens. Before I received them, I headed over to their website to read up on 'The World's Most Comfortable Ergonomic Pen'. The UGLee Pen is made for everybody, including kids; something I never did think of! Kids are at risk for repetitive stress injury and the UGLee Pen helps prevent future hand problems. You certainly don't have to have arthritis or carpal tunnel to benefit from an ergonomic pen. Not that I've noticed pens having ever been heavy to me but, this pen only weighs 11 grams, less than 1/2 an ounce; it's super light and you can really tell a difference in the weight of this pen versus your normal pen; less inertia, more comfort!
I was in the process of writing up my grocery list when the pens arrived; good timing, huh! I don't know about any of you but, when I write, I grip the writing utensil so hard that my hand almost immediately starts to cramp up and I have that unsightly dent on the side of my middle finger. I just don't seem to know how to relax my hand when writing. I've used many pens with the so called cushion grip but NONE of them even came close to the soft gel grip of the UGLee Pen. This soft gel comfort pen is more than just amazing; I noticed the pen sat comfortably in my hand causing me to not grip the life out of it. This statement, taken from their website, couldn't be more true... 'you don't have to grip this material; it grips you'!
Now I'd like to talk about the ink. The website claims 'The UGLee Pen is mated with the smoothest ink system known; smoother than any roller ball, gel ink, or fountain ink pen'. Well, let me tell you that once again, the statement couldn't be more true! While writing, the pen just glided across the paper with such ease. There is no better way to explain it other than saying, it's like the pen is doing the writing and your hand is just helping to guide it along; weird, I know! I know this doesn't happen with all ink pens, but you know how some pens will leave a small ink blot on the paper...I really do not like that and I'm sure you don't either! I did not experience that happening with the UGLee Pen.
The UGLee Pen comes in a variety of case colors (such as pink, red, blue, green ect.) and the basic black, blue, and red ink colors. A pack of 3 pens will cost you $19.99; that price is rather high BUT, if you are one that uses writing utensils quite a bit, then this is one of those times that you will want to invest in a superb pen like this. A 10 pack of ultra smooth ink cartridges will run you about $15.

They really do have a huge selection and it took me quiet some time to look through them all. I came across a pair of square aviator sunglasses that I really liked. They came in silver, gray, gold, and black. I chose the gold pair since I have never owned a gold pair of sunglasses before. When I received the sunglasses, my 13 year old took a look at them, tried them on, and decided that SHE would look better in them than I would! So nice of her :) I do have to admit and they are really cute on her.
Had I'd known she was going to keep them, I would have had her choose a pair from their 'sunglasses for kids' section. They have such a cute and stylish selection for kids to choose from. She definitely would have found a pair for herself!
They have many categories to choose from when looking for specific type of sunglasses. For instance, if you only wanted to look for polarized sunglasses; you could do so. Like oversized sunglasses? They have those too.
What I really like about Sunglass Warehouse is that they even have a page specifically designed to help you choose the best sunglasses frames for your skin tone. Choosing sunglasses based on your skin tone is definitely a good tool to help you find that perfect frame and color that will compliment your skin tone beautifully.
Just so you know, these sunglasses are not cheap knock-offs. They are specially made to capture the style and charm of designer looks, not copy or steal logos or brands. That is definitely nice to know!
I love Sunglass Warehouse and I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Welcome to Mary Alison Handbags!! I am Alison Wolf the designer and creator of these chic and fashion forward handbags. I am a stay at home mom of two beautiful daughters who just can't surpress my love for creativity and design. What started as Christmas presents for my family and friends has escalated into my own business!!! My husband was the one who first encouraged me to sell them, even though I thought he was just being nice :) I toyed with the idea for a while but it wasn't until I was home with my first daughter full time that I really started pursuing selling my bags.
Since I suddenly had more "time" being at home to sew I thought I would give it a shot. My first craft fair was overhwhelmingly successful which then turned into special orders, more craft shows and now my own Etsy shop.
It has been so much fun and I'm sure my daughters probably think of our local fabric store as their second home :) I hope you love my handbags and enjoy using them as much as I enjoy making them!!!

I also get inspired by observing what other women are carrying. I am constantly watching handbags - I am sure there have been a few women who thought I was a bit crazy because I was "staring" at them. Really I was just checking out thier bag. I have had to hold myself back many a time from wanting to dig through a strangers bag to see how it was made and the features it has. I limit myself to digging through bags in the stores. I also listen to what comments customers have when digging through my handbags. I have added new features or dropped some, based on the crtiques I get."

Texas Take Review and Giveaway
Texas Take is an Etsy shop that sells gorgeous 'chunky' jewelry. Amber, the owner, is a freelance writer and magazine editor who enjoys making jewelry in her spare time. She also has a killer thing for turquoise and chunky necklaces, which is no longer a secret with the launch of her Etsy shop!
Turquoise and chunky go so beautifully together, don't they?! I Just love this Pastel Rodeo Chunky necklace. I just can't express enough how much I love anything turquoise. The necklace you see, to the left, has lots of turquoise and bling. Adding bling just makes the necklace that much more gorgeous.
If you're into the rodeo, as most of us Texans are, then you are going to LOVE the Ride 'Em Cowgirl necklace. I love the combination of the black and silver together. I just love the design on the cross and of course I love the added bling!
