Originally, I thought this would be a fantastic movie for my husband, since he loves action movies.  When I decided to sit there and watch it with him, I got so much into the movie that I kept shooshing my husband when he tried to talk (haha); I actually enjoyed the movie as did my husband.  It's full of action and you get to see first hand how tragic and heart breaking things really are over there in East Africa.  This movie is based on the true story of Joseph Kony and his Lord's Resistance Army.  I had been aware of Kony just not as much until I watched this movie;  Machine Gun Preacher is movie we should ALL watch!
