Palmolive Fresh Sponge Review
I really hate doing dishes...REALLY hate it! What makes it even worse is when the sponge or dish rag starts to smell sour after just a few days. Well, I had the opportunity to review Palmolive Fresh Sponge and I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first.
I've used Palmolive for several years now so when they came out something new...I jumped right on it. I've been using this product for about 3 weeks now and the sponge STILL smells fresh and clean! Everyday, before washing the dishes, I smell the sponge just to see if I can smell even a hint of the awful, sour smell and NOTHING...so far nothing!
I'm seriously impressed with their new product and I suggest that if your sick and tired of replacing your sponges every week, then you should give Palmolive Fresh Sponge a try...you will not be disappointed.
*Disclaimer: This product was sent complimentary for testing purposes from Colgate via Influenster. I was not paid monetarily for this review and all opinions are 100% my own.

Looking for a new handbag? Twisted Orchid Review and Giveaway! Open to the US only ends on May 15, 2012!
Handbags, just like jewelry, is the perfect accessory to any outfit. Make a neutral outfit stand out with a bright colored handbag or vice versa. I tend to wear neutral colors, such as brown, grey and black and I don't want my handbag to blend in but, don't want it to be too loud. That's how I was able to choose the Rose Dual Bag with Tote from Twisted Orchid. I just adore the color of this bag. The beautiful rose shade is nice and soft and gives the bag a beautiful feel. Speaking of feel, the material is nice and sturdy but not stiff. As you can see from the picture, this bag is 2 in 1. The smaller, zippered bag fits nicely inside the tote and buttons on the sides to hold it in place quite nicely. You can use the inside bag for just about anything; carry it on it's own or keep it attached to the inside of the tote.ABOUT THE COMPANY (from their website)

From the pages of People Style Watch to Lucky, Elle and Oprah, trendspotters and fashion provocateurs alike are buzzing about our incredible selection. There is also a third, much smaller, pouch good for carrying smaller items. I can see it being good to carry some of your loose change. This tote is nice and roomy and just the right size for me! This bag definitely looks good with your darker, neutral colored clothes; gives a nice pop of color without it being too much.
Twisted Orchid not only offers handbags; they offer a variety of items such as jewelry, scarves, and feather extensions, just to name a few. Everything is reasonably priced and everyone is sure to find something that suits their needs and wants.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT EACH ITEM (from their website)
Candle - Candles Our candles are a soy blend and we match our different fragrances with our bath products so if you want to burn one in the bathroom while pampering yourself it makes the pampering even more special. We also offer other fragrances than our bath scents.
Lip Balm - Once you've tried our lip balm your lips will scream for more. This creation is soft, silky, and light. As with all of our other products we use only premium ingredients to make your lips feel grand.
Cuticle Smoother - Cuticle Smoother Great for those dry cracked cuticles. You will see and feel the difference.
Silky Milk Bath - This special treat is dead sea salt and powdered goat's milk. Two wonderful bath ingredients that make for a therapeutic bath. Adding fragrance or essentials to this therapeutic bath makes for the perfect bath time.
Soap - Our old –fashioned, handcrafted lye soap is just like Grandma used to make...only better! We make soap that not only cleans you,but perfumes you with one of our many aromatic fragrances, all while leaving your skin feeling smooth.
Bath Melts - Our newest creations are bath melts. These little treasures turn your bath time into an extraordinary moment of enjoyment. They contain goat's milk, shea butter, jojoba oil, and more. Your skin will thank you for these jewels.
Hand Lotion - We spent hundreds of hours developing and crafting lotions to meet our standards, but don't take our word for it; we have the awards to prove it. Our specially designed lotion has garnered national awards and honors for the past two years. The ingredient that gives our lotion that special feel is the wonderful goats milk that we produce right here on our farm. We hold our lotions to a higher standard than others and choose to use only premium ingredients; so you won't find mineral oil or lanolin in our products.
Foot Lotion - Sassy Stompers foot cream is a unique Goat Haus Dairy blend of goat milk, shea butter, jojoba oil, and other nourishing components. It is designed to give you feet the much needed attention they deserve.
Body Butter - Customers are raving about what our body butter is doing for their skin. We challenge you to compare our body butter to what you currently use because we want you to join the others raving about this product. Our body butter is again highlighted with our farm fresh goat's milk. Just a little goes a long way.
Dead Sea Bath Scrub - Wonderful descripts our dead sea salt scrub. The list is long on the benefits of dead sea salt. The skin can absorb the mineral which helps the skin to be healthier. You will want to use this scrub every day but the most we recommend is 2 times a week.

Banana Split - A Culinary Mystery by Josi S. Kilpack - Book Review
Banana Split is my first read by author Josi S. Kilpack, but I hope it will not be my last. This story takes place in beautiful Hawaii. I was very sympathetic toward Sadie, the heroine in this story. It seemed like death and destruction followed her everywhere, even to this beautiful paradise, where she had hoped to find some peace. Sadie was able to bring closure for an eleven year old boy by helping to solve his mother's murder, and by doing so, brought some closure to her own anxieties. This book was unique in that when food was mentioned, the recipe would soon follow. There are several recipes that I intend to try. The story is a great read and you just might find the answer to "What's for dinner?"
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Josi S. Kilpack hated to read until her mother handed her a copy of The Witch of Blackbird Pond when she was 13. From that day forward, she read everything she could get her hands on and accredits her writing “education” to the many novels she has “studied” since then. She began writing her first novel in 1998 and never stopped. Her novel, Sheep’s Clothing won the Whitney Award 2007 for Mystery/Suspense. Lemon Tart, the first book in the Sadie Hoffmiller Culinary Mystery series was a finalist in 2009. Josi currently lives in Willard Utah with her husband, four children, one dog, and varying number of chickens.

Have you ever needed short term health insurance?
Health Insurance is something we all should have. Some of us just can't afford to pay the outrageously high premiums therefore we go without. Sure there are government assisted programs out there, but you have to qualify in order to receive that assistance. With this economy, most of us are all struggling just to stay afloat.
What if you could afford short term health insurance? What is short term health insurance, you ask? Here's an example for you... let's say that you've decide to go on vacation for a few weeks and and one of the kids get sick or worse, hurt; having short term health insurance gives you the freedom to have that coverage when you may need it most and for a shorter period of time. Pretty simple, huh?! Temporary insurance is also great to have when you're in between jobs.
Where can I found out more about short term health insurance? Short Term Health Insurance.net has you covered. All you have to do is enter in your zip code and you will be given a list of insurance companies that offer temporary health insurance in your area. Click on free quotes and you will be directed to that particular insurance company's website. I found coverage in my area as low as $44 for a 30 day period. I like that number!
If you are in need of temporary coverage, head over to Short Term Health Insurance.net and get started on finding the right coverage!
Beauty Spoon - A beauty product life saver - Review and Giveaway US only ends May 10, 2012!
About Beauty Spoon®
From the Beauty Spoon website
Beauty Spoon® Beginnings!
Welcome to beautyspoon.com! My name is Claudia A. Hoexter, Inventor of the Beauty Spoon®.
Here's the story behind the Beauty Spoon®...
As a former model, I am very conscious of my skin and the products I use. Unfortunately, I noticed that I wasn't always able to retrieve all the liquids/creams/gels in my product bottles.
So one morning, I had enough and created the Beauty Spoon® (etched on scratch paper first) before I headed to work. What can I say? I'm a multi-tasker! I invented the Beauty Spoon®, so that no one else would have to endure this frustration any longer. No matter the cost of your beauty products, $10-$100, you have the right to your money's worth!
So remember, If you can't get to it, Beauty Spoon® it!
Where do I even begin.. the Beauty Spoon has to be one of the best inventions EVER! Doesn't it just chap your hide when you have spent good money on a beauty product just to leave that little bit behind because you can't get to it? That happens with just about every beauty product I have ever used. It literally breaks my heart to see that last little bit of product in there but there is nothing I can do but leave it behind. Can I see a show of hands if you have ever experienced this? I don't care if it's a bottle of $3 face cleanser or an $80 bottle; I paid for it so I want to use it all!
I was down to point of hitting and shaking the bottle, of one of my favorite facial cleansers, to get that last little bit to no avail. I received the Beauty Spoon just in time and it literally saved the day. After scraping all along the sides and bottom, I pulled out the spoon and, HELLO, I had enough on that spoon for one more face cleansing! Hey, that was money down the drain had I thrown that bottle away. Look at the picture to the left; that a good amount of product that was left behind in that bottle!
The Beauty Spoon comes with an ergonomic handle; it makes for easy and comfortable gripping. The end of the stem is nice and flexible making it super easy to retrieve that last little product from both the sides and bottom of just about any bottle or container. The little spoon, on the end, is slightly contoured and also flexible making it easy to scoop out the product.
Flexible spoon |
Ergonomic handle |
For $9.99 you receive 2 different sized Beauty Spoons. The longer of the 2 spoons is great for those larger or taller bottles. The longer tool measures 10" and the smaller one measures 7".
I'm so glad to have found Beauty Spoon and I know you're going to love it just as much as I do!
You can purchase the Beauty Spoon directly from their website HERE.
HOW TO CONNECT: You can connect with Beauty Spoon on Facebook and Twitter.
HOT TO WIN: Thanks to the generosity of Claudia and Beauty Spoon, one of my readers is going to receive their own 2 pack Beauty Spoon set. This giveaway is open to the US only and ends on May 10, 2012. Good luck to all!

Navoh Three Tier Clutch (ARV $98) Giveaway! Open Worldwide ends on May 9, 2012
First off, I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you and because if you, repinning the "Gorgous Navoh bag in Mint", I won and now I'm able to offer this giveaway to all of you!
I would like to introduce you to Macy. Macy's three tier clutch is the perfect accessory for day to night looks. Macy, has a python embossed print body to update any wardrobe collection. Inside are three compartments for easy organization and quick access to your goodies. Macy also comes with a snake chain shoulder strap to be worn as a shoulder bag or as a sexy clutch.
Navoh offers this vegan clutch in two colors, Snake Mustard and Snake Grey. I received the Snake Mustard and I have to say that it's a very beautiful clutch.
All of Navoh's handbags and clutches are vegan. Honestly, I can't tell the difference between vegan and the real thing. The outside is so soft and supple.
The inside is a rose color and the material is velvety soft! The top tier contains 6 small pockets which would be great for holding credit cards or anything else you would like. This is really a good sized clutch!
You can carry this as a clutch or it can be worn as a shoulder bag; the chain is a snake chain.
One lucky winner is going to win this gorgeous clutch! I'll be shipping it out, myself, so this contest will open to everyone and will ends on May 9, 2012. Good luck!
*Disclaimer: I received the mentioned product by winning a contest. Navoh is not associated with this giveaway.
